Just a smile and saying ‘I am fine’ can get you through your life daily, but this epidemic of being 'fine' is nothing but cheating on your Mental Health. Because sometimes it's ok not to be ‘Fine’. So, here's some tough love packed in this short quirky video that let you come face-to-face with the 3 elements on cheating our mental health ;) This video is inspired by the Transactional Analysis theories used in Mental Health therapies. Especially the exploration of these three sides to ourselves - the child, the parent, and the adult!
